Another sauce is made by mixing chili paste with vinegar and an assortment of other ingredients. It's just the thing for dipping seafood in. Salted and fermented shrimp is also used as a dipping sauce. It's usually paired with pork dishes like pig trotters or boiled pork. Finally, salt and pepper can be mixed with sesame oil. This is usually eaten with grilled beef.
