Talk about some typical dipping sauces in Korea. There are various dipping sauces in Korean cuisine. .Soy sauce is one of the most common. Usually, people mix it with vinegar to their tastes. Sometimes, they add thinly sliced vegetables to add flavor. Soy sauce and vinegar is often used as a dipping sauce for greasy foods like pot stickers of fried foods. You can also give soy sauce a kick by adding wasabi. This is usually eaten with hoe, or raw fish. There are also dipping sauces made with bean paste or chili paste. Ssamjang, which is good for dipping meat, is usually made by combining bean paste and chili paste with a dollop of minced garlic and sesame oil. Another sauce is made by mixing chili paste with vinegar and an assortment of other ingredients. It's just the thing for dipping seafood in. Personal Eating Habits - 22 Tuesday

Talk about your personal eating habits. Some people I know need to eat a hearty meal for breakfast to get through the day, but I'm the opposite. I get indigestion when I eat in the morning, so I usually make do with fruit or yogurt. Eating lightly for breakfast is second nature to me, because I've been this way since I was a student. I usually eat lunch at the company cafeteria at work. The menu changes daily on a rotating basis, so I never have to worry myself over what to eat. After lunch, I take a cat-nap for about 10 minutes in my office. The short nap helps to perk me up. Unless I have a dinner appointment, I try to eat dinner at home no matter what. I steer clear of rice or noodles. Eating carbs at night makes me gain belly fat, so I try to avoid it. Performance Review - 21 Monday

Talk about how job performance is evaluated. Most companies regularly have performance reviews. They evaluate their employees' job performance on quantitative and qualitative bases. Each individual's performance is placed under the microscope. The performance of the team or business department that the person in a part of also enters into the equation. Individual evaluations reflect attendance records, personal accomplishments, and evaluations by immediate superiors. These days, peer reviews are held sometimes, too. Language test scores and certifications sometimes count for extra credit. The next year's performance-based bonus and pay raise are determined by the rating. A high-performance rating leads to a bonus, raising self-esteem and a gung-ho attitude toward work. However, a low rating can be disappointing and impose a mental burden. This is why employees are on the edge during performance review season.

Personal Mobility Talk about personal mobility vehicles. Personal mobility refers to modes of transportation that are small in scale and powered by electricity. The number of users in Korea is on the rise, especially among younger generations. These single-user mobility vehicles have staked a place as an important way to travel. The types of personal mobility are very diverse. They range from single-wheel unicycles to bicycles and kick scooters. The biggest advantage of personal mobility is that it's quicker than walking. Many products can be folded, making them handy for carrying around. Since they don't take up much space. they can be carried onto public transportation. Since the wheels are powered by electricity, there are high hopes for them to help tackle the issues of environmental pollution and traffic congestion.

Swimming Talk about how people learn how to swim. Swimming is a major indoor sport. A swimming pool and some simple equipment are all you need to receive lessons. There are students of all skill levels, from people dipping their toes for the first time to seasoned veterans with more than 10 years of experience. In most cases, people learn all the major swimming strokes: freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly. When people first take up swimming, they might experience pain because they are using muscles and joints that usually don't get much action. That's why it's important to warm up by stretching in advance. Like other sports, there are lots of kids among the students. It helps them overcome their fear of water.
